Connect Social Accounts
How do I connect my social media accounts in Tinda AI?
After logging in to your Tinda AI account, go to Marketing → Social Accounts and follow the prompts to connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other supported platforms.
Can I connect my accounts from both desktop and mobile?
Yes — you can connect social media accounts from both desktop and mobile. The steps are the same as long as you are logged in.
Do I need admin access to connect a Facebook or Instagram page?
Yes — you need admin (or full) access to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts in order to connect them to Tinda AI.
What should I do if my account disconnects?
Social media platforms may periodically expire access tokens for security reasons. If an account disconnects, simply go back to Marketing → Social Accounts and reauthorize the connection.
Is my login information secure when I connect social accounts?
Absolutely — Tinda AI uses secure, encrypted integrations provided by each platform. Your login credentials are never stored or accessible by anyone else.
What does “Brand Info” mean in Tinda AI?
Your Brand Info section contains your company’s name, website, and other business details that Tinda AI uses to tailor content generation and scheduling.
Can I update my brand details?
Not directly in the main dashboard. To update or change your brand details, submit a support ticket or contact our support team.
Where can I view my brand details?
Log in and go to Settings → Brand Info to view your configured brand information.
Can each client sub-account have its own brand info?
Yes — if you manage multiple clients, each sub-account can have its own branding information and settings.
Will updating brand info affect my connected accounts?
No — changing brand info does not disconnect your connected social accounts. It only affects the way future content is tailored.

Marketing & Scheduled Posts
What is the “Marketing” tab in Tinda AI?
The Marketing tab lets you view and monitor your connected social accounts and scheduled posts once your accounts are linked.
Where can I view my scheduled posts?
Go to Marketing → Scheduled Posts to see posts that have been scheduled by Tinda AI.
Can I edit scheduled post details?
Editing scheduled posts directly isn’t available in all cases. During the first 14 days of your trial, you may not edit scheduled content. After that period, some edits may be possible if you provide updated information and submit a support request.
Do I need a business account to connect Facebook?
Yes — to schedule posts automatically, you must connect a Facebook Business Page. Personal profiles are not supported.
Do I need an Instagram Business Account?
Yes — Instagram Business Accounts are required for automated scheduling and posting through Tinda AI.
Can I connect two Facebook Pages for the same brand?
Yes — you can connect multiple Facebook Pages as long as they are part of the same brand setup.
Can I schedule posts for Threads and Bluesky?
Yes — Tinda AI supports scheduling for both Threads and Bluesky accounts once they are connected.
