A note on our brands: Tinda AI is the marketing and sign-up experience through which you discover and subscribe to our Service. Once you create an account, the Service itself operates under the BrandViper AI product name. Both Tinda AI and BrandViper AI are brands operated by Linai Tech, the legal entity and data controller responsible for your data under this policy.

Personal Data
This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing details, account credentials, business name, brand information (such as your website, tone of voice, and products/services), and other data you provide when you register or interact with our Service.
Usage Data
We automatically collect data about how you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the Service, device information, and other diagnostic data.
Third-Party Platform Data
If you connect Tinda AI to supported social platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Threads, or Pinterest — we receive account information, content metrics, and engagement data (such as comments and reviews) from those platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies and your permissions.
Agency Account Data
If you use the Service through an Agency Account, your agency may have access to your account information, content, and performance data in order to manage your account on your behalf. Agencies are contractually required to handle this data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
2.How We Use Your Information
Linai Tech uses your information for the following purposes: to provide and maintain the Service, including AI-generated content, scheduling, and publishing; to personalize your experience, including learning your brand voice and content preferences; to process payments and manage subscriptions, including trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations; to send notifications and updates about your account and content; to improve and optimize our AI tools; to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data for marketing without your consent.
We use cookies, beacons, tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your interaction with the Service. Cookies help us authenticate users and prevent fraud, remember preferences, track usage for analytics and performance monitoring (via PostHog), and attribute referrals for our affiliate program.

4.How We Share Personal Information
We may share your data with the following service providers, who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting and authentication, EU region), Stripe (payment processing and subscription billing), Resend (transactional email delivery), Cloudflare (content delivery and media storage), PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring and diagnostics).
We may also share your data with connected social platforms, to the extent necessary to publish content and retrieve engagement data on your behalf; your agency, if your account was created or is managed through an Agency Account; affiliates and business partners for joint services; and legal authorities when required by law.
When we share data with third parties, we require them to safeguard your privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
5.Data Retention and Storage
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Your account data is stored via Supabase infrastructure located in the European Union. Usage Data and analytics may be retained for a longer period for performance analysis and security purposes. Audit and security logs are retained separately in accordance with our data retention schedule.
6.Your Privacy Rights
If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under local data privacy laws, including the right to access your personal data, the right to correct or update inaccurate data, the right to request deletion of your data, the right to object to or restrict certain processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
If your account is part of an Agency Account, some requests may need to be coordinated with your agency, as they may hold administrative access to your account.

7.Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Account sign-up requires confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older.
8.Security of Your Data
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of sensitive credentials and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
